Advice and Covid guidance

Advice on preparing for the dance session
-Please do not eat heavy meals or dairy before these sessions as whirling can affect your digestion.
-Bring a bottle of water and keep hydrated-Whirling will affect your energy level so please be mindful and rest during/after the class, as always listen to your body.
-If you feel you don't have a good balance, please speak to me first before starting the class.
-Being barefoot is important as we connect through our feet and our toes help with the overall balance. The way we stand on our feet has a direct influence on our spine and posture as well as on the flow of energy or "chi".
-If you need to wear shoes, please wear very comfortable and possibly thin-soled shoes.
Dance and exercise disclaimer
I am not a licensed medical care provider and I have no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition.There is always the risk of physical injury when participating in any exercise or dance program. If you engage in my dance and movement based session, you agree that you do so at your own risk, that you are voluntarily participating in these activities and that you assume all risk of injury to yourself or others in your locality.As with all dance and exercise programs, please use common sense, listen to your body and mind.
Covid guidance
-Please DO NOT come if you have any symptoms of Covid such as temperature, coughs, loss of taste or smell, continuous upset stomach etc... If you suspect you have been in contact with someone who has or shown symptoms of Covid, please be considerate and do NOT come.
-As part of the booking, there will be track and trace implemented that all visitors to the centre have to use, it’s a simple QR code, there will also be temperature checking devices to check when you arrive.
-In line with the government health guidance during the pandemic, it is vital that each of us act responsibly and align fully with published guidance. The guidance is underpinned by:·
-2 metres physical distancing·
-effective hand and respiratory hygine (wash hands before entering the room and after) - Good ventilation ( the meeting room has several windows that will remain open.
