Advice on preparing for the dance session

-Please do not eat heavy meals or dairy before these sessions as whirling can affect your digestion.

-Bring a bottle of water and keep hydrated-Whirling will affect your energy level so please be mindful and rest during/after the class, as always listen to your body.

-If you feel you don't have a good balance, please speak to me first before starting the class.

-Being barefoot is important as we connect through our feet and our toes help with the overall balance. The way we stand on our feet has a direct influence on our spine and posture as well as on the flow of energy or "chi".

-If you need to wear shoes, please wear very comfortable and possibly thin-soled shoes.
