I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. I will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Due to the unique and often handmade nature of original artworks and custom-made items, returns are generally not accepted for change of mind. Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions prior to placing an order, I am happy to provide additional information.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped from the United Kingdom. Processing times vary depending on the nature of the artwork or product, but most orders are dispatched within 3 to 10 business days.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
