It is extremely important to me that you are completely satisfied with your purchase and I hope sincerely that it brings you as much joy and peace as I felt while painting them.
If you are not satisfied with the print, you may return the item or a replacement print however the return fee is your responsibility. To receive a full refund, you must notify me within 5 days of receipt of the item. Unfortunately, I can only give a full refund if the item has returned to me undamaged. The print should be sent back securely with recorded delivery.
The giclee print will come flat packed or rolled in a hard tube depending on the size of the print. Please allow 5 working days from the time the payment has been processed until the time I send the print ( 3-5 days for the UK and 7-10 days outside the UK)
